A disciple asked Maharaj, “This is our last satsang with you. What should we do now after you leave here?” Maharaj replied, “Carry on with the instructions that Siddharameshwar Maharaj has given –“I don’t exist, I am HE.” Go on with that again and again. When there is a holiday the Master gives you double homework. So this homework is that you have to forget your ego; slash down your ego as far as possible. It is the greatest thing you have to do. And it’s a very easy thing also. Don’t say, “I exist,” say, “HE exists. I’m not the mind, I’m not the body, I’m not my name, I am HE.” Take that lesson and feel it again and again in the mind. Be alert!

Have you seen those plastic postcards that show one thing if seeing from the right and another thing if seeing from the left?

Or have you seen that drawing where you see an old woman, or you see a young beautiful girl, in just the same lines?

Such is the mind, through the three kleshas it’s all samsara, while through devotion and love it’s all nirvana, this same universe.

In reality, there’s no ‘like this’ or ‘like that’, only the ineffable of which mind does those two.

In no mind you don’t know Reality, you only know that what’s false is false. ~ That’s enough. ~ Reality and you: not two.
